Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Jatujak Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Lead and Develop Team: Lead and develop a high-performing team of staff, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Control Costs: Manage the restaurant's budget, controlling costs and ensuring that we are operating within our means.
  • Improve Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and have a positive experience in our restaurant.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Monitor and analyze the restaurant's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
