Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Jatujak Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of 16-20 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.
- Financial Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget, ensuring that we are meeting our financial targets and making adjustments as needed to maintain profitability.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, inventory management, and maintenance of the restaurant's facilities.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase sales and attract new customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, strong financial management skills, excellent customer service skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive Salary: $500,001 - $1,500,000 per year.
- Bonus: Eligible for a bonus based on performance.
