Restaurant Operations Manager

Miku Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are motivated and productive.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotion strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure, and knowledge of restaurant operations and management.
