At Positano Restaurant, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, with experience in evaluating daily operations, modifying food preparation methods, and monitoring staff performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
- Plan and organize daily operations, including staff schedules and inventory management
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in restaurant management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Accurate and organized with a focus on customer satisfaction
