Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Jatujak Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Lead and Develop Team: Lead and develop a high-performing team of staff, providing training and coaching to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Drive Sales and Revenue: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, including managing menu pricing, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Manage Budget and Finances: Manage the restaurant's budget and finances, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure Quality and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant meets the highest standards of quality and safety, including maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- 2+ Years of Restaurant Management Experience: Proven experience in managing a restaurant, including experience in staff management, inventory management, and customer service.
- Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Financial Management Skills: Strong financial management skills, including experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to customers.
