About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective human resources strategies to support business growth and objectives
  • Collaborate with local management, regional HR director, and company president to drive HR initiatives

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop talent to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce

About You:
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or Human Resources
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi-site operations environment
  • Strong internal customer focus, collaborative style, and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and travel up to 50% of the time
