SUMMARY

The QualiFind Group is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our client's efforts in strengthening its human resources, people leadership, and cultural enhancement through a comprehensive search for top talent. This role requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in managing complex HR functions and a profound understanding of the manufacturing and corporate landscape.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and implement comprehensive talent strategies to attract and retain high-caliber professionals.
  • Provide high-level guidance on employment practices, policies, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead investigations into complex conduct and ethics issues and advise senior management on strategic decisions.
  • Partner with senior leaders to design and implement performance management frameworks and compensation strategies.
  • Ensure the accurate maintenance of employee records and support sophisticated payroll and benefits processes.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 8 years in senior HR management roles, preferably in manufacturing, production, or industrial HR settings. A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is required; an advanced degree and/or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to travel up to 20% to various locations within the region.
