About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Solutions Advisor to join our team in Toronto, ON. As a Customer Solutions Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our clients receive the best possible service

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in business or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in French and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of our products and services
