About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Solutions Advisor to join our team in Toronto, ON. As a Customer Solutions Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our clients receive the best possible service
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in business or a related field
- Strong proficiency in French and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of our products and services
