We're tackling a $30B+ market opportunity and need talented individuals to help us succeed. In this role, you'll work closely with Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, and Customer Support teams to deliver customized solutions to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead scoping sessions with clients to collect business requirements and develop solution proposals.
  • Collaborate with Sales to align on objectives and provide technical solution leadership for sales opportunities.
  • Build and deliver customized demos to clients, showcasing the Forethought AI platform's capabilities.
  • Present solution proposals, highlighting business benefits, competitive advantages, and how Forethought solutions meet clients' needs.
  • Scope, configure, and guide customers through proof of value trials, helping them evaluate the Forethought AI platform.
  • Become a trusted advisor for client accounts, providing practical guidance on adopting AI solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to strategize on opportunities, knowledge transfer, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or Implementation Consulting, or a technical client-facing role.
  • Ability to operate independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team, managing multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with web technologies, APIs, and familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, and NLP concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
