About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fine Dining Director to join our team at Auberge du Pommier. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and service across our fine dining restaurants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive sales and profitability across multiple locations.
  • Lead and motivate high-performing teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Monitor and control expenses to ensure effective cost-containment practices are in place.
  • Collaborate with directors and executive leadership to address challenges and achieve operational excellence.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Restaurant Managers to provide feedback, set goals, and evaluate performance.
  • Develop and execute formal and informal recognition programs for management and staff.
  • Share best practices across restaurants to increase performance levels and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in fine dining operations and management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and/or Business, considered an asset.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive results and lead cross-functionally.
  • Passion for creating excellent guest experiences.
