Job Description:

We are seeking a Fine Dining Server Assistant to join our team. As a Fine Dining Server Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable. You will work closely with our servers and hosts to ensure that every guest receives exceptional service.

The Day to Day:

  • Assist servers with food running and ensuring that plates arrive to the proper guest
  • Monitor the cleanliness of the dining room and ensure that all materials and areas are clean and free from clutter
  • Communicate with servers and hosts to maximize seating and ensure that every guest receives exceptional service
  • Practice a high level of floor awareness and clear/clean as required
  • Ensure that condiments are pre-portioned and the fridges are stocked with milk, cream, butter, etc.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation standards
  • Follow all food safety standards and systems
  • Empty garbage, change linen bags, and dispose of garbage and recycling
  • Communicate to all servers any comments or information provided by guests to ensure a positive, memorable experience
