Job Title: Host - Fine Dining

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Host to join our team at Mystic Restaurants. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring a seamless transition from arrival to seating.
  • Manage reservations, take calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure the front entrance, host stand, and surrounding areas are well-maintained and stocked.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of the restaurant, including table numbers and section layouts.
  • Collaborate with Servers, Bartenders, and Managers to maintain a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full availability and flexibility to work varied shifts.
