**Job Summary:**

Notified is seeking an Agency Sales Development Manager to join our New Logo Agency sales team focusing on PR agency sales.

The successful candidate will be directly responsible for penetrating new agency accounts, building key strategic relationships, and generating revenue through agency partnerships.

  • TEXAS: Remote
  • NEW MEXICO: Remote
  • DC / MARYLAND / VIRGINIA area: Remote
  • NEW YORK CITY: Hybrid (1350 Broadway)
  • EL SEGUNDO / LA: Hybrid (2321 Rosecrans Ave – remote in other parts of California)
  • CHICAGO: Hybrid (155 University Ave)

About the Role:

  1. Build and manage a pipeline of self-generated agency opportunities.
  2. Develop a ruthless approach to time management and methodical approach to the sales process and opportunity qualification.
  3. Prioritize qualified sales opportunities and key prospects within assigned territory.
  4. Execute the sales cycle to penetrate promising agency accounts, generating net new revenue and relationships.
  5. Proactively identify potential needs of agencies, recommending best-fit solutions with a clear value proposition for the account.
  6. Proactively manage pipeline; collaborate with Sales Engineering resources as needed to close deals.
  7. Identify and coordinate timely involvement of sales operations resources in the sales cycle to improve efficiencies.
  8. Prioritize face-to-face meetings over remote meetings where possible.
  9. Engage in networking meetings to develop market and influencer community.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business, information technology, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of sales experience specifically selling into net new agency accounts and/or selling into an existing agency book of business.
  3. Strong cold-calling, networking, prospecting, and ability to close new deals.
  4. Self-starter with excellent time-management skills.
  5. Superior relationship management and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
