The Role:
As a Property Administrator with our dynamic Property Management team in Kitchener, Ontario, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to effectively operate and maintain a portfolio of retail properties.
You will conduct reviews of the monthly rent-roll, perform accounts receivable reporting, prepare purchase orders and accounts payable invoices, oversee utility payments, track billing, and assist with data collection for environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting.
