Sales Growth Strategist for Trimac Energy

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our revenue growth efforts in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales expansion and fostering strong client relationships.
Job DescriptionThe Sales Growth Strategist will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to drive market growth, expand our client base, and increase revenue. This individual will work closely with internal stakeholders to align sales objectives with company vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage industry expertise to develop informed sales strategies that capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and industry partners to strengthen our market position
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
- Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing sales team to optimize their performance and support professional growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to stay ahead of the competition
The successful candidate will possess:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or other relevant graduate degrees are preferred
- A minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the energy or transportation sector
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid vacation and sick time, and a pension plan.
