We are currently looking for a skilled Receptionist to join our BrokerLink Team in Cold Lake, AB. This is a permanent full-time opportunity.

Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Answering multi-line phones and directing client inquiries
- Managing the flow of walk-in customers and callers
- Ensuring customer needs are met through superior customer service
- Processing customer payments, bank deposits, petty cash management and account coding
- Participating in the billing team answering client calls regarding payments
- Monitoring and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and couriers
- Ensuring EPIC system & company portals are updated consistently
The ideal candidate will have:
- High School and/or Post-Secondary Education
- 2-5 years' experience in an office environment
- Computer skills - Keyboarding and MS Office
- Strong customer focus
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exposure to Epic is an asset
- Excellent customer services skills and adept in conflict resolution
- Priority will be given to the candidate with previous experience working in a brokerage or insurance industry
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and credit check
Salary Estimate: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum based on location and experience.
