About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Loyal Taxi Ltd. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Office Operations
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Human Resources
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration and benefits management.
    • Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
    • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
Working Conditions
