We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Call Centre Guys Inc. as an Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
- Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness
- Team Leadership
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to office support staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Establish clear work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Policy Administration
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in accordance with government access to information and privacy legislation
- Financial Management
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Office Operations
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Monitor and evaluate office operations to identify areas for improvement
- Payroll Administration
- Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment
- Budget Planning
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure fiscal responsibility
- Education
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- Experience
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
- Language
- Fluency in English
- Work Schedule
- 35 hours per week
This is a permanent position with a regular full-time schedule.
