About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Loyal Taxi Ltd. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
    • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Office Management
    • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
    • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Policy Administration
    • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Services
    • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Training and Development
    • Train staff on new procedures and policies.
  • Supervision
    • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
    • Resolve conflict situations in a fair and professional manner.
  • Payroll Administration
    • Oversee payroll administration, including processing payroll and managing employee benefits.
  • Budget Planning
    • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
  • Work Hours
    • 30 to 40 hours per week.
