Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at ROOFERS CANADA INC. as an Administrative Support Specialist. This role will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
- Administrative Tasks: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information about our company.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
