Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at iTi Building Permit Designer Inc. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing meeting materials.
- Develop and implement office procedures and policies to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of office staff and volunteers.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements:
- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced office environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
