Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Multilingual Customer Support Associate to join our dynamic team at Manulife. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to policyholders, agents, and other stakeholders in both English and French languages.

Responsibilities:

- Provide timely and effective support to customers through inbound calls, email, and chat

- Analyze complex customer inquiries and develop proactive solutions to resolve issues

">

- Utilize advanced technology and software systems to accurately record customer interactions and deliver exceptional results

">

- Demonstrate emotional intelligence and empathy in all interactions to build strong relationships with customers and advisors

">

- Stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry regulations to provide accurate information to customers and support their financial and health goals

- Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues and seek support when required

Requirements:

- Bilingual (verbal & written proficiency) in both English and French due to frequent interaction with internal/external customers or employees outside of Quebec

">

- Proven experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment

- Strong technical skills and ability to navigate multiple computer systems and software applications
