Multilingual Customer Support Specialist

The Canadian Contact Center at Manulife is seeking a Multilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual with strong communication skills in both English and French.
As a Multilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to policyholders, agents, and other collaborators through inbound calls, email, and chat. You will handle a high volume of customer inquiries, analyze problems, and provide detailed and proactive solutions using advanced technology and software systems.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bilingual (verbal & written proficiency) in both French and English due to frequent interaction with internal/external English-speaking customers or employees outside of Quebec.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Strong technical skills and ability to navigate multiple computer systems and software applications.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $22.50-$25.00 per hour, 37.5 hours of work per week, and a comprehensive benefits package, including dental care, extended health care, life insurance, paid time off, stock options, and vision care. The work location is hybrid remote in Waterloo, ON N2J 2Z6.
