About Gestion SHM Inc.

We are a dynamic retail company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our customer-facing operations and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Manage Daily Operations: Direct and control daily operations to ensure seamless execution of sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Staff Management: Manage a team of 5-10 staff members, including contractors and staff in various areas of responsibility.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, as well as conduct performance reviews.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong leadership skills.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in point of sale systems, electronic schedulers, word processing software, database software, and inventory control software.

  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and heavy workload.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
