Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Gestion SHM Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Manage and develop a team of sales and customer service staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize business performance.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a retail environment, with frequent interaction with customers and staff.

  • May be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Security and Safety:
  • Must be bondable and have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be willing to undergo a criminal record check and a driving record check.
Transportation/Travel Information:
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Must be willing to travel to various locations, including retail stores and corporate offices.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • Must be able to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
  • Must be able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
