Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Gestion SHM Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Daily Operations: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate performance, and plan for future growth.
  • Manage Staff: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, as well as conduct performance reviews.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Study market research, determine consumer demand, and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.
  • Manage Inventory: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, as well as implement price and credit policies.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Language: English or French.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in point of sale systems, electronic schedulers, and database software.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and heavy workload.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional heavy lifting.
