Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Gestion SHM Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Manage and develop a team of sales and customer service staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement
  • Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize business performance
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Working Conditions:

  • May be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
