Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Office Coordinator to join our team at Insurance car rental. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, managing office procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide assistance to senior management, prepare minutes of meetings, and maintain digital databases.
  • Office Procedures: Establish and implement policies, maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and ensure the organization of office supplies.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and greet clients and visitors.

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
