Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at CanTech Diamonds Inc.

About the Role

This is a permanent, 30 hours per week position that requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The successful candidate will have experience in coordinating events, managing contracts, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts, schedule appointments, and confirm reservations
  • Customer Service: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries
  • Data Entry: Compile data, statistics, and other information for reporting purposes
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up filing systems
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Research: Conduct research to support business decisions
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: 1-6 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Languages: Fluent in English (work language)
