Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Staff Source Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
- Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Perform data entry
- Maintain and manage digital databases
Requirements
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 35 to 40 hours of work per week
