We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at Staff Source Services Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and be able to coordinate various tasks and activities with ease.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Perform data entry
  • Maintain and manage digital database

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of administrative procedures and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
