We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at a leading organization in Pointe Claire. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate invoicing and costing on all product documents, ensuring seamless interactions with the Production and other teams within the organization.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, offering an excellent work-life balance and health and wellness benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial transactions and possess excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate invoicing and costing on all product documents
  • Interact with the Production and other teams within the organization
