Office Administrator Role in the West Island

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused administrative assistant to join our team in the West Island office. As an important member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and colleagues, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to relevant parties
  • Perform various clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and scanning
  • Coordinate appointments, schedules, and confirmations
  • Process payments and manage medical forms
  • Work closely with 20 doctors and their teams to ensure efficient coordination

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
  • Excellent customer service skills and high call volume handling abilities
  • Data entry experience and proficiency in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Bilingual English and French language skills, both spoken and written

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $25-30 per hour
  • A Monday-Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, totaling 35 hours per week
  • Two weeks' vacation time and a beautiful new clinic location
