Corporate Secretary Job Description

Destinationone Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Secretary to manage the company's corporate records, ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and handle corporate governance matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and organize corporate records, including minutes, resolutions, and legal documents.

Requirements:
