Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Secretary to join our team at Team Kwatra Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and sales calls, ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients and team members.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed, ensuring smooth execution of sales activities.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, working under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
