Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Secretary to join our team at Team Kwatra Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and sales calls, ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations for sales team members, ensuring smooth and hassle-free travel experiences.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, working under pressure, with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.
