Job Overview:

Q Rangers is seeking a highly experienced sales professional to lead our sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and developing and executing sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Administration, or Business: A degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
  • Minimum of 10 Years Sales Experience: You must have a proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales.
  • Leadership Experience: You must have at least 5-6 years of experience in a managerial position, with a proven ability to build and manage a successful sales team.
  • Coaching and Leadership Skills: You must have excellent coaching and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop your team members.
  • Financial Management: You must have experience managing budgets, P&L, and sales KPIs, with a proven ability to drive sales growth and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Proven Track Record: You must have a proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales.
