About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Salon Manager to join our dynamic team at Great Clips. As a key member of our salon leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Salon Manager in the day-to-day operations of the salon, including managing a team of stylists, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Salon Manager in the management of the salon, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Lead and motivate a team of stylists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of our products and services, and make recommendations to customers as needed.
  • Ensure that all salon operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Valid hairstylist license.
  • Proven experience in hairstyling and salon management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
