Job Summary

We're seeking a results-driven leader with a strong sense of priorities and team management experience. As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will play a key role in coaching and training our sales associates, ensuring profitable sales growth and maintaining our high standards of merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a unique and honest experience for our customers by being an expert in our products and services.
  • Manage your associate team through effective development, observation, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Keep the store looking fresh and maintain our Moose Knuckles standard of merchandising.
  • Understand and comply with all company policies, procedures, and operations.

Requirements

  • At least one year of working experience in a fashion retailer, preferably in a leadership position.
  • Luxury apparel experience is an asset.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Dynamic, customer-oriented, and sales-driven.
  • Professional attitude and behavior, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Possession of a passion for the brand and an appreciation of fashion and quality.
