At EssilorLuxottica Group, we strive to deliver exceptional eye care and eyewear solutions. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in achieving this goal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales plans and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
- Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
- Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to provide the perfect vision solution.
- Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
- Participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are attractive and well-organized.
- Contribute to an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service
- Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills
- Ability to adapt to new technology and change with high accuracy
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
- Self-motivation with a demonstrated ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment
