Job Summary:

The Sales Associate plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth at LensCrafters. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating existing customer relationships, building new ones, and providing expert advice on eyewear and optical solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by recommending specific lenses and lens coatings to patients.
  • Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to ensure the perfect vision solution.
  • Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
  • Participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including displays and inventory.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
  • Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Self-motivation and ability to multi-task in a quickly changing environment.
