About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished culinary professional to join our team at EightSix Network as a Junior Sous Chef. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and preparation
  • Lead a team of cooks in the kitchen to ensure efficient and effective food preparation
  • Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and recipes
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
