About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Maenam. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of our dishes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Training
    • Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
    • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas.
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Plan and prepare menus that meet the highest quality standards.
    • Source and requisition food and kitchen supplies.
  • Team Management
    • Establish and manage work schedules for kitchen staff.
    • Ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
