About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Mila Restaurant Corp. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food service.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to achieve kitchen goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability for shift or on-call work.
