Customer Experience Associate

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive and personalized service to customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Process day-to-day transactions and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
- Nurture long-term relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings, and effectively communicate these to customers
- Contribute to the Branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling sales opportunities
Requirements
- Proven customer service skills and experience in a retail or financial services environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
