About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Senior Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a lobby leader, ensuring customers are appropriately triaged and/or assisted
- Contribute to the Branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities
- Nurture rich, long-standing relationships with customers
- Be a technology expert and share your knowledge by introducing clients to our mobile banking applications
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Experience with conducting simple sales, proactive marketing calls, and providing financial advice
- Strong technical skills, able to promote and demonstrate the use of digital/self-service banking options
