We're seeking a skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Process day-to-day transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Nurture long-standing relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Contribute to the Branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with technology and share knowledge with customers to help them manage their banking needs
