Clios mission to transform the legal experience for all is a top priority in Canada, and we are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead our Canadian operations. With a focus on revenue growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction, this role will play a vital part in shaping the future of Clio in the region.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in general management, with a proven track record of overseeing multiple aspects of running/scaling a business. Additionally, they should possess strong SaaS leadership skills, with expertise in sales functions within B2B environments.

In terms of qualifications, the successful applicant will have a solid understanding of marketing knowledge, GTM strategy, and demand generation. They will also be knowledgeable about the local legal market across Canada and have a history of creating high-performing cultures and teams that inspire employees to excel.

This executive-level position requires strong communication skills and the ability to partner with various departments cross-functionally. A data-driven mindset and analytical capabilities will also be essential for driving business decisions. Furthermore, the individual must be comfortable with travel as required for the role.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop a strategic vision for Canada to achieve revenue goals, growth, and increased market share.
  • Directly manage, mentor, and expand a dedicated Canadian sales team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective campaigns, fine-tune existing efforts, and run new experiments to raise awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to shape a strategic roadmap, leveraging market insights and customer feedback to enhance products for the Canadian legal practice management market.
  • Partner with the Chief Operating Officer and sales leadership to define the best strategy for growing Clio's presence across Canadian provinces and territories.
