Venor Talent is seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, including software and hardware.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain software across both on-premises and cloud environments
  • Oversee the administration and support of our ERP system (CDK Global)
  • Handle network administration tasks, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and basic configuration
  • Provide comprehensive IT support across the company, addressing issues from day-to-day troubleshooting to more complex technical challenges
  • Proactively identify and resolve system inefficiencies or issues, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations
  • Work to ensure IT security measures are in place while being prepared to support and modernize legacy systems
  • Travel to other locations as needed to support local IT infrastructure
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience working as a network/systems administrator or general IT support technician
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in IT, computer science or other relevant combination of education and/or experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft systems administration (both on-prem and cloud)
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably CDK Global
  • Intermediate network administration skills and understanding of IT security and data integrity
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a generalist approach to IT support
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly and act self-sufficiently
  • Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
