Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Booster Juice. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality of service in our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and excellent customer service.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Develop and implement efficient systems and procedures to manage food preparation, inventory, and supply chain.
    • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Customer Service and Quality Control
    • Ensure that all food and beverages meet the highest quality standards and are presented in a clean and appealing manner.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
    • Maintain accurate records and files as required.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-40 hours per week. The work language is English.
